My Practice
My practice is dedicated to defending citizens charged with the criminal offenses, with an emphasis on representing individuals charged with alcohol related offenses. I regularly help persons charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI), driving under the influence (DUI), boating while intoxicated (BWI), and administrative license revocation (ALR) hearings.
Although based in Houston, I have represented DWI, DUI, and ALR clients all over Texas. I also have successfully represented many persons charged with other crimes such as drug possession, theft and assault in Texas, but also, in the federal system.
I strive to help clients on both a legal basis, and if appropriate, on a personal basis, i.e., by providing information and assistance on matters involving drug and alcohol dependency.
